Arrowhead Lakes is a private, family friendly, gated community located in Pocono Lake, PA. Home ownership is consists  of two-thirds vacation homes and one-third full time residents. This community offers many amenities including: a lodge for members which has various activities throughout the year, three heated pools, swimming lessons, two lakes, boat launching docks, several playgrounds, a fitness center, fishing, tennis and pickleball, clubs and a convenient trash center. Additionally, Arrowhead offers various events each month to members. This community is also a thirty minute drive from several ski slopes, NASCAR racing, two casinos, nightlife, fine dining, shopping and more! Yearly dues for Arrowhead include amenities, road maintenance, and administration. 2017 costs for an improved lot were $1,870.00 and an un-improved lot were $935.00 per year.
