Blue Heron is a community in Lake Harmony, PA and is consists of townhouses. Fees for Blue Heron vary per year and include exterior maintenance, roads, and trash. Boulder Lake Club is a private club and offers membership to homeowners of Blue Heron. Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for members, guests and renters. These activities include: tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong and horseshoes. Furthermore, members can enjoy the lake, heated pool, boating and fishing. Yearly dues for Boulder Lake Club are $500.
